Friday and Saturday accommodations for APICES are free! All APICES attendees will be staying at Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. During the registration process, you will confirm your arrival and departure dates, as well as request a single/private or double/shared room.
You do not have to coordinate your own reservation at the hotel unless you are extending your stay. The AAE will not provide or coordinate logistics for additional nights at the hotel. All meals and sessions will take place at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown.
Hotel confirmations, including roommate assignments will be emailed by August 16.
Private room requests will be $149 per night plus 12.57% tax. If you are bringing a guest, you MUST select a private room. Guests are not allowed to stay in the Double/Shared rooms. Private room requests will not be accepted after July 28.
Once you have completed your APICES registration, please complete the roommate request form available in your confirmation email. If you wish to have a roommate but don’t have anyone to request, please fill out the form in your confirmation to let the AAE know.
Roommate changes will not be permitted once roommate assignments are confirmed – this includes requests received prior to the meeting and onsite.
