REGISTRATION
Registration for APICES is now closed, but you can still join the waitlist.
During registration, you will log in with your first name, last name and the email address associated with your AAE member profile. If you have difficulties logging in, contact AAE staff at residents@aae.org or 800-872-3636. Registration for APICES is FREE to all endodontic resident members of the AAE!
Registration Requirements
- Attendance will be capped at 310 participants. Once capacity is met, a waitlist will be maintained on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests to be added to the waitlist will not be accepted by phone or email. All waitlist requests must be submitted directly by the resident through the official online waitlist form.
- Attendees must have a current (2023-2024) AAE membership to qualify for registration. For your best chances at reserving a spot when registration opens, renew your membership and ensure your membership category is up to date by July 14. Visit aae.org/renew to update your membership. Members renewed or members joining after the July 14 deadline will not qualify for registration to APICES. No exceptions.
- All attendees must pay a $180 deposit when registering. This deposit will be refunded following the meeting. To qualify for the travel stipend, residents must attend all educational events. Failure to attend those presentations will result in the resident not receiving reimbursement. Attendance will be taken. If you do not cancel your registration and no show, the deposit will not be returned.
Cancellations
Registration may be refunded, less a processing fee, if the AAE receives notification of the cancellation by July 28, 2022. Refunds for APICES will not be granted after July 28, 2022. Email meetings@aae.org to submit your cancellation request.
Portions of this AAE meeting may be photographed or audio/video recorded for various purposes, including reporting, promotion, archival, or sale and distribution. By registering, individuals agree that the AAE may photograph or record by audio/video their attendance and involvement in any portion of the meeting. Furthermore, individuals agree that the AAE may use these photographs and/or recordings without additional approval or permission.
